СraftTalk plans to enter the UAE market Share CraftTalk has become one of 23 Russian startups in the Zayed Middle East Accelerator program to bring technology companies to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) market.

Zayed Middle East Accelerator is a program to bring startups to the market of the United Arab Emirates. Its key organizers are the Sheikh Zayed Foundation and the venture company Startech.vc, which invests in early-stage projects as the Startech.Partners fund. The program was also supported by the Department of Economic Development, the Abu Dhabi Investment Office, the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry, many large companies, financial and innovation centers in the Middle East region.

In total, more than 170 projects in the areas of EdTech, FinTech, AgTech, HealthTech, AI, SaaS, Space, Gaming, AR/VR, E-commerce and Data analytics applied to the accelerator program. As a result, only 23 teams received the approval of the organizers and subject matter experts. CraftTalk has become one of them in the AI Solutions block.

CraftTalk is a fully Russian AI-based knowledge management and text communications platform for support, marketing and sales using AI technologies. The platform was created to provide contact center services for text, working in web chats, instant messengers, social networks, e-mail. The solution includes: an omnichannel chat platform, a knowledge base, chat bots with AI, AI tips, an analytics and monitoring system. An AI-powered bot learns from operators and fully processes 30-70% of typical requests. As a result, AI helps operators by improving the speed and quality of support.

For accelerator participants, strategic sessions will be organized with an expert in the field of information technology and international business, specializing in the markets of the UAE and the Middle East. Information will be given on the rules of doing business in the Middle East region, attracting investments, the most popular directions for start-ups and opportunities that open up in the UAE market.
During the three months of the program, projects will be able to get acquainted with the global innovation ecosystem of the United Arab Emirates, have the opportunity to scale their business in a new market, attract investments for growth, and receive assistance with entering the international arena.

An important part of the program will be networking with corporate and government partners and sharing experience with other teams. At the end of the program, there will be a Demo Day for companies, potential customers from the UAE.
“Any IT startup is aimed at international sales. This is where the experience rule comes into play. We have a good backlog of Russian implementations, which can and should be shifted to global customers. Omnichannel communications and AI are in demand all over the world. However, each national market is different, and here the support and experience of local experts is especially important to us. We are grateful to the organizers and experts of Zayed Middle East Accelerator for choosing CraftTalk and trust,” commented Denis Petukhov, CEO and co-founder of CraftTalk.
