The exposition of Russian innovative products has gathered the queues at Expo 2020 in Dubai
Visitors to Expo 2020 in Dubai are ready to queue up to see innovative Russian products with their own eyes.
At the end of December, the Russian Export Center opened an interactive exposition at Expo 2020 in Dubai, dedicated to the country’s innovative projects. Already on the first day, hundreds of people visited the site; it will be open until January 4.
The exhibition in Dubai has already gone down in history as the largest; all 192 countries of the world are represented there. According to independent experts, the Russian pavilion is one of the top 5 sites that must be visited. And the point is not only in the aesthetics of the pavilion’s architecture – Russia managed to surprise with its innovative “stuffing”.
Despite the fact that the pavilion has been open for several months, long lines still gather in front of it. The Russian exposition is 120 square meters of interactive space that immerses visitors in the world of the future.
“At the moment, the export of information and communication services from Russia (at the time of the 3rd quarter of 2021) is $ 5.1 billion, it slightly decreased due to the pandemic. But according to statistics from the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, it is clear that next year the amount will be more than 6 billion. As for exports to the UAE, this is more than 2 billion dollars, most of the volume is non-energy and non-resource exports. These data show that the Russian market, Russian companies are competitive and in demand on the world markets, “said Pavel Anosov, Managing Director for Client Relations at Russian Export Center JSC.
At the exhibition in Dubai, the Healthmonitor project from Novosibirsk is presented under the leadership of Maxim Dvedenidov, General Director of Signtifikcoin LLC. Over the past few years, the company has been actively engaged in the export of Russian innovative products to the Gulf market.
“It is a special honor for us to present the device in the pavilion of the Russian Federation at Expo-2020 in Dubai, because this way we can present the achievements of domestic science to the world community,” Dvedenidov noted.
According to him, only in the first days of operation, hundreds of visitors to the pavilion at Expo 2020 passed testing on the device, which “once again demonstrates the wide public interest in scientific developments from our country.”
Earlier, Syrian Minister of Economy and Foreign Trade Muhammad Samer al-Khalil met with Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of Russia Alexei Gruzdev on the sidelines of the Expo 2020 exhibition that opened in the UAE. The parties discussed the economic interaction between Syria and the Russian Federation.
