Russia in 2021 increased the export of agricultural machinery by 39%

According to the results of the past year, the Russian Federation increased the export of agricultural machinery by a record 39%, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation reported.
“The export of domestic machinery and equipment for agriculture in 2021 amounted to 21 billion rubles, which is 38.5% higher than the same indicator in 2020 and 74.7% higher than in 2019,” the ministry said in a statement.
According to the head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Denis Manturov, whose words are quoted by the press service of the ministry, state support helped to ensure export supplies of equipment to Australia, the United Arab Emirates, China, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Lithuania, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan. “Russian products of agricultural engineering are in demand and are now supplied to almost 40 countries,” he said.
In particular, exporters are in demand for a mechanism to reimburse part of the costs incurred in connection with the guarantee of the buyback of products, the ministry explained.
