NAVIGATIONS FROM RUSSIA, USA AND UAE SIMULATE A FLIGHT TO THE MOON

The crew of the “lunar mission” will include Oleg Blinov, an instructor of the Cosmonaut Training Center, Viktoria Kirichenko, a surgeon at the Institute of Medical and Biological Problems, and Ekaterina Karjakina, a flight attendant of the Nordwind airline. In addition to participants from Russia, test cosmonaut Saleh Omar al-Ameri from the United Arab Emirates, as well as Bachelor of Russian Language and Literature William Brown and a representative of the US Space Systems Command Ashley Kowalski, will join the experiment.

To simulate a flight to the moon, participants will receive special spacesuits equipped with a helmet with elements of virtual reality. The task of the “crew” will be to “get” to the moon, “fly around” it, “land” on the lunar surface, and then return back.

At the same time, any participant in the experiment can leave the project without giving any reason.
