Timur Zabirov appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the UAE

MOSCOW, August 30 – RIA Novosti. Russian President Vladimir Putin has appointed Timur Zabirov as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the United Arab Emirates, the corresponding decree was published on the official Internet portal of legal information.

According to the information on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Zabirov served as deputy director of the Department of the Middle East and North Africa.

“To appoint Zabirov Timur Fatekhovich as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the United Arab Emirates,” the document says.
